Yes. You're free to accept or pass any job with no penalties.
You'll get notified via SMS or email (based on your preference) with full job details during the initial stages. Once the Zypser app is live, notifications will also be available through the app.
There's no need to set fixed hours. Just open the app or check your notifications. If a job suits you, you can accept it on the spot. Work when it's convenient for you.
You'll see the service type, customer location, access notes, required tools/materials, and the exact scope of the work. You will know exactly what's expected before accepting the job.
That's completely up to you. In the early stages, most jobs can be completed without needing any direct communication – Zypser handles everything upfront. But if you prefer to speak with the customer during the job, you can. The choice is yours.
Yes, you can pass on any job without penalties. That said, if a tradesperson repeatedly accepts jobs and then backs out, it can disrupt the system. In such cases, we may reach out to discuss the pattern and make sure the platform stays reliable for everyone.
You're expected to bring your basic tools to every job. If we already know that specific materials are needed, we'll include that in the job details upfront. But sometimes, the customer may not be sure what's required until you're on-site—especially for repair work.
  • You may need to source the material yourself, depending on what's needed.
  • If it's possible, the job can still be completed on the same day. If not, you can reschedule easily through the app.
  • Any extra material costs are added to the customer's bill, and you won't be out of pocket.
We handle all updates, billing, and communication through the Zypser platform—just so everything stays clear, trackable, and fair for everyone involved. We don't charge the customer any hidden fees.

If the customer has already told us what's needed, we'll include material requirements and pricing upfront. But if it turns out that extra parts are needed after inspection, we'll help you communicate that through our platform, and the cost will be added to the customer's bill separately. We keep everything transparent. No hidden fees for the customer, and no out-of-pocket expenses for you.
You're paid automatically after job completion, typically within 1–3 business days.
Zypser charges customers a platform fee. We don't charge tradies any upfront fees. Your payout is fixed. No hidden deductions. We believe in full transparency, so your payout is always clear before you accept a job.
There are no joining fees and no required subscriptions. You can sign up, get verified and start picking jobs for free.
Verification & Registration
To get started with Zypser, you'll need:
  • A valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
  • The relevant trade license for the type of work you're offering (this depends on your trade)
  • Public liability insurance to cover the work you perform
If your services involve higher-risk tasks or a team, we may ask for additional coverage details—like workers compensation insurance. No worries. We will walk you through what's needed during onboarding.

Yes, both individuals and registered businesses are welcome. You can sign up on your own, or onboard your entire team under one account. Whether you're operating solo or working with others, we'll guide you through the setup that best suits your workflow.

Common services include installations, repairs, general maintenance, cleaning, lawn care, and more.
We have designed the system to handle exactly that. Each service on Zypser has predefined tiers (e.g., basic, standard, advanced), so if you arrive and find that the job is more complex than what was booked, you can update the job type directly in the platform based on what you see on-site. Once you make the change, the customer will be prompted to review and approve the updated scope before you proceed. If any extra materials are required, you can flag that as well. We'll automatically reflect those changes in the customer's bill. Everything stays clear, and no one's left guessing.
